Studies & Reports Fall of 2005 Palm Beach County Workforce Housing Survey (click to open PDF) The Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches commissioned a Countywide survey to gage the public's opinion on housing issues and various programmatic solutions. The survey shows that citizens of Palm Beach County think that the lack of attainable housing is an important issue.

The report states that exclusionary, discriminatory, or unnecessary regulations increase development costs by up to 35 percent.
